A large fault scarp that Argo II went over during the last lowering. Some of the faults were more than 10 meters high! It required great skill by those “flying” Argo II not to hit the bottom. This very steep slope has intact pillow lavas sticking out of it. Distance across the right side of the photo is about 3 meters. Today is Rachel Haymon’s and Peter Lean’s Birthday.
