Chief Scientist Jess Adkins in the "top lab", on a satellite phone call to the Boston Museum of Science, where hundreds of students were listening. The phone call was patched through to Alvin who was on Muir Seamount. The students asked questions, and the scientists in Alvin responded and gave a running commentary on what they were seeing.
