After Alvin was on deck this evening, Bosun Wayne Bailey gives hand signals to the crane operator to haul the Zodiac aboard. Once the Zodiac is at the level of the ship’s rail, the crew and the swimmers climb out and the Zodiac is then hoisted on board.
